My black friend got handcuffed and arrested for crossing the street. Not even fucking kidding. The guy pinned her against a cop car. Im at the police station.
it's a little more complicated, but two girls ran across the street, a cop car swung around the corner and stopped to let them go. the cop was giving them a hard time and a summons each, and then, as the girl was calling security to identify her because she didn't have her id with her, the cop grabbed her hand, threw her against the cop car, cuffed her, and then charged her for resisting arrest. i mean, the girl was not being helpful to the cop, but this was jay-walking, if that.
